The problem

Live sport is a visual experience built for sighted fans.

For blind and low-vision fans, the stadium roar arrives after the moment — and broadcast commentary lags the action. The build-up, the tension, the eruption: all of it is an echo. AEGIS closes that gap. It turns the one signal everyone shares — the sound of the crowd — into an anticipatory cue you can feel in real time.

How it works

Audio in. A haptic heartbeat out — before the event.

AEGIS analyses the live crowd-audio feed in rolling 30-second windows, builds a self-calibrating baseline for each venue on the fly, and predicts an impending peak event using a machine-learning classifier — then fires a haptic alert through the Battito™ wearable.
